1.Please be sure that you are selecting the circle to the right of your correct membership type: Vendor, Provider, or Owner/Operator (In Home Care are in the provider category)
 
If you are still not on the list:
2.Someone has already set-up a registered user account for your company. Click HERE to go to the Lost Username/Password page. Then, select company and click the Lost Username/Password button. Choose your company from the list and your log-in will automatically be emailed to the person who set it up.
