Erin Bonitto, MS, ADC, Gemini Consulting
Seven Things Your Residents Want You to Know...

Working in long term care and assisted living means you’re paying attention to a lot of different things: What the government wants you to know, what your staff and co-workers want you to know, and what the “experts” want you to know. Drawn from the real-life stories of long term care professionals and their residents, this presentation will help you refocus on what your residents want you to know. It’s an uplifting and lighthearted look at what makes our residents tick!

“Everyone could relate to her personal stories and experiences. She is a rare find!”
“It’s obvious Erin has worked in long term care. A fantastic speaker! Funny, direct, interactive, engaging the audience. Wonderful!”
Erin Bonitto, MS, ADC, began her career at age 16 as a dietary aide in her small hometown nursing home, eventually securing a BA degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Morris, an MS degree in Gerontology from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, and her Activity Director Certification (NCCAP). In 1997 Erin was honored by Care Providers of Minnesota as “Employee of the Year” for her efforts to construct innovative resident programs. A Nationally acclaimed speaker, Erin is also the innovator of Life Enrichment Systems for dementia. Erin has spent the past nine years as a hands-on consultant and coach. She is typically on-site 4-5 days per week in nursing homes, assisted living and other retirement communities across the nation.
